Active in the park

The Staatsbad offers a varied activity program in the spa park from April to October. Find out more about the various program contents, dates and durations - the offer is suitable for both regular supporters and those who spontaneously decide to try it out. Active in the Park" is open to anyone who wants to get active in a beautiful park environment and in the fresh air.

Yoga

An experienced yoga instructor will take you on a journey to yourself against the magnificent backdrop of the spa park. Simple exercises outside in the fresh air lead to relaxation and balance as well as greater flexibility and well-being. No previous experience or special equipment is necessary. Look forward to a little breathing space - for a conscious and healthy life!

The meeting point is the activity point at the activity area.
