Waldbühne Kloster Oesede

The Waldbühne Kloster Oesede was built in 1951 in a natural depression in the "Tiefen Siek". The Waldbühne offers space for around 1200 visitors. The town and the association have been running the stage together for years, creating special experiences year after year in a natural theater that is now one of the most popular amateur open-air stages in Germany.

Each summer, an evening play and a family play are performed on an alternating basis. In 2024, we are looking forward to "The Prom" and "Tarzan".
