Baking tradition
Founded in 1904, the bakery is now run by Michael Bröcker in the fourth generation. Since 1935, it has been a firm institution in the Wüste district and is now known throughout the city. In addition to traditional baked goods, wedding cakes and confectioner's chocolates are offered. Also popular are the spring rolls, a regional speciality, as well as the aromatic baked goods made from the three-stage sourdough. The special offer: individual biscuits with company logos and Steckenpferdreiter confectioner's chocolates.
