Bürgerpark

Bürgerpark is the oldest public park in Osnabrück with meadows, play areas and water.

For more than 100 years, it has invited visitors to rest and linger on the Gertrudenberg. The valuable tree population includes around 450 individual trees, 2.7 hectares of woodland and 2.5 hectares of meadows, lawns, playgrounds and water areas. The bunker-like ice cellar on the western edge of the park is no longer used for cooling beer - the bats have discovered it for themselves.
