    In the Genusshöfen, the young savages of the culinary craft work and sell their products: They roast their own coffee, bake bread, distil gin and conch chocolate, all of them genuine Osnabrückers. Their thing: do it yourself!

    Together they organise beer and gin tastings, coffee seminars or evenings where chocolate and wine meet.

    In the courtyards of the former Schmidt metal foundry on Hannoversche Straße, they have found a home for their craft and bring it to life for their guests.
