Tapas are small appetisers, like those offered in every bodega and tapas bar in Spain.
You put together your own menu - preferably with several people, then everyone can try everything. Everything at El Hidalgo is homemade. You should try the directly imported delicacies such as ham (including pata negra), chorizo, Merino sheep's cheese, the wines and the Spanish beers (San Miguel also on tap). As in Spain, people like to socialise here. The large room is available for private parties. Catering with all the delicacies is also available off-site.
