Animal park Hasseldieksdamm

The animal park Hasseldieksdamm has a size of 12.7 hectares and is located between Skandinaviendamm, Melsdorfer Straße and Hofholzallee. Here live aurochs, bison, bison, sika deer and white moorland sheep. You can reach the enclosure via Skandinaviendamm. The entrances are located at Melsdorfer Straße, corner Hofholzallee and Skandinaviendamm respectively.

The enclosure consists of a grassland lowland with a densely meshed network of bends, which adjoins the "Hofholz" forest to the east. In the grazing areas there are some small ponds and some wetland areas such as reedbeds, swamp and marshy forest areas and wet herbaceous vegetation. The enclosure is accessible by a circular trail, which has connections to an allotment area and a forest.
