For over 25 years, we have been brewing our Kieler Bierwith love for the craft and the product, of course according to the German purity law and with the good Kiel water. To match, we serve fresh regional and seasonal dishes, hearty classics and in-house specialities in our restaurant. Through the integrated brew kettles and large glass windows in the brewing cellar, you have a view of the creation process of our beers from the restaurant at any time. The red, drinkable Kiel Original as well as the tart, light Pils and the seasonally changing special beers are brewed with care and skill by our master brewer several times a week. All beers are available fresh from the barrel. (Not only) for groups, we also offer a special highlight: Kiel beer in large wooden barrels to tap yourself at the table!
