The small village of Stiepelse in the municipality of Amt Neuhaus lies directly on the Elbe. There you should visit the Plan-b to indulge in culinary delights in the beautiful garden. The name Plan-b says it all: B stands for vocation, enthusiasm, enrichment, special ambience and popular meeting place. Above all, however, it stands for dishes such as beluga lentils with lamb's lettuce, brewed coffee and sheet cake or colourful vegetable soup. PLAN b sources its ingredients regionally from local farmers. In the kitchen, the owner processes them largely without flavour enhancers. This makes even the bratwurst a special snack.
