Tour along the Berzdorf Lake and through Hagenwerder

Start the tour at the hotel "Insel der Sinne". After a few metres turn right and jog up the ascent. Then jog straight ahead via B99 in the direction of Alt-Hagenwerder. Follow the outer way along the Neisse River. Then jog through Hagenwerder following the signposting of the Oder-Neisse cycle path until you reach the roundabout at B99.

Now follow the signposting to Tauchritz past the bucket-wheel excavator. At the roundabout turn right in the direction of the harbour. At the harbour jog to the headland with the goat enclosure. From here you can already see your destination - the hotel.

You will cross the Federal road twice during this tour.

By car, from Görlitz via B99 in the direction of Zittau. In Hagenwerder follow the signposting to the hotel "Insel der Sinne".

Paid parking is possible on site.

By tram and bus:

From the city centre (e.g. Demianiplatz) take tram line 1 in the direction of "Weinhübel" to the final stop Weinhübel. There take bus line E in the direction of "Blaue Lagune" to the Hagenwerder Bahnhof stop. Then walk towards the lake and the hotel "Insel der Sinne".

By train:

From Görlitz railway station travel in the direction of Zittau to Hagenwerder station. Then walk in the direction of the lake and the hotel "Insel der Sinne".
