This sauna facility in the town of Differten is all about harmony, relaxation and peace.
Visitors step through a kind of wooden gate, which serves as a symbolic entrance to a space where everyday stress has no place. The “Sointi“ sauna features the soothing sounds of singing bowls and mantras. Elements from meditation, yoga and Asian architecture form a unique unity in this sauna, where peace and relaxation take centre stage. Follow it by unwind ing in the adjacent relaxation room with water beds.
In the outdoor area there is a bathhouse offering various water treatments.
Suuri sauna (90 degrees)
The “Suuri” sauna is a sauna log house made of planed logs of Finnish polar pine, featuring a brick oven made of Ibbenbüren sandstone.
The Scandinavian-style outdoor area offers a large pond with an island and resting place, which can be reached via wooden walkways.
Inside, there are two more smaller saunas (90 degrees and 60 degrees) and a small steam bath.
