Traumpfädchen "Eiffel Tower Path Boos"
Entertaining and promising, the tour leads past the Booser Doppelmaar and, after circumnavigating the Schneeberg, reaches the tranquil Eifel town of Boos. The landmark is the 25-meter-high "Booser Eiffel Tower", which provides wonderful views of the Vulkaneifel and the Nürburg.
Traumpfädchen "Eiffel Tower Path Boos"
Just outside of Boos begins at the parking lot of the "volcano parking Booser Doppelmaar" the dream path "Eifel Tower Boos".
The best way to experience the tour in a clockwise direction, which is why you follow the distinctive blue and white logo first along the Traumpfad access route. Soon you dive into the forest and descend to the parking lot "Schemel", where a first resting place is ready. From the edge of the forest, the view sweeps for the first time to the western Boerser Maar, whose water glistens in the sun. A little more inconspicuously presents itself after a short forest passage the view of the eastern Maar, whose reason is covered by meadows and woody plants. In addition to a bench, the dream path leads uphill on a short but steep steep passage. As benches and a refuge are available for a break, you can quickly catch your breath.
The route then follows the flanks of the Schneeberg, before a short path leads up to the landmark of the tour: the "Booser Eiffel Tower". Especially with a clear view, it is worth climbing the 25-meter high wooden tower, because then you have the volcanic Eifel together with Nürburg in the best view. After extensive panoramic view, the dream path leads to a wide path on which runs the dream path Booser Doppelmaartour. If you like, you can take a detour to the lava bomb excavation just 100 meters away. The actual route turns left and now runs through open terrain, which allows a great view over to the Nürburg. A little later, 2 benches offer an opportunity to enjoy the view of Boos in peace. Now it is only a few steps to the next intersection, where the dream path finally left to the left. The dream path Eiffel Tower path swings to the right and heads for the slightly below Eifelort Boos.
With some dangling the way approaches the place - in good weather, a detour to Wassertretbecken and the herb garden offers - and finally leads through the school street in the middle of the village. Passing the local host, you will reach the nearby church and use the stairs and a winding path to reach the edge of the village. Slightly uphill it goes back into the open corridor. At the first opportunity, the Eiffel Tower path turns left onto a meadow path which is only very slowly rising. At the edge of the forest, a bank gives you the opportunity to rest in the green, before the path descends on a last short forest passage. Passing a forest bed, you will meet again after about 4 very entertaining and promising kilometers at the trail parking lot.
