Bathing fun in the “Woffelsbacher Bay”
In the “Woffelsbacher Bay”, the motto is: Just get into the lake. The terraced sunbathing lawns offer plenty of space for sun worshipers and you can easily get into the water via various stairways.
Parking facilities are in the immediate vicinity (pay parking). Entry is free and the bay is freely accessible at all times.
During the summer holidays in Northrhine Westphalia and on the weekends (May-August), the DLRG (German lifeguard association) is on site and watches over the bay. Sanitary facilities are within walking distance.
There are other bathing opportunities in the lake in the nature adventure pool in Einruhr, in the natural outdoor pool in Rurberg and on the Eschauel peninsula.
